  A few weeks ago I pulled off 290 to grab a drink and the employee, who didn't acknowledge me, finished his stocking duties prior to checking me out. I forgave that one but last night same, pulled off 290 to grab a drink, and found a hand written sign on the door "Closed for 15 mins" with the employee inside mopping the floors. Sorry BP, looks like I will find another spot to gas up and get a drink.

  Worst customer service at 11:00pm on a Saturday, the reason I state that is because I would like management to see this and re-train their employee. It is the second time I come there and I feel offended by the way this cashier talks to me. Now I am not going to go all crazy on the guy because most likely I will get arrested if I did. I am a father of 4 children and this cashier acted worse than any of my kids. Get off your phone and if you are in a bad mood then stop working for a job that will bring out the worst in you.
